Downtown Augusta Inc. will be holding its 3rd annual Community Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday, March 13, at the Mid Kansas Community Action Program building, located at 730 N. Cliff Drive in Augusta.  The dinner will be served from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.  The Matt Childers Cooking School personnel will be preparing salad, spaghetti, meatballs, several types of sauces, bread and iced tea, lemonade or coffee.  The meal comes with homemade pie or cake and at $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for (children 10 and under) is undoubtedly the best deal in town.  Takeout meals are available. Tickets can be purchased at the Downtown Augusta Inc. office, 112 E. 6^th Avenue or at the door.  The food for this event has been provided by Intrust Bank and proceeds from the event will be used to sponsor other downtown events and revitalization of the downtown area.
