DAI provides design consultations to property owners and merchants to improve the appearance and customer appeal of their establishments.
DAI organizes or assists with promotional events that draw hundreds of people to town, including Bikers on the Bricks, Women's Fair, Spaghetti Supper, April Fools Run/Walk, Chili Cook Off, Young Professionals Group, and more!
DAI helps keep residents and merchants informed about downtown developments through personal visits, press releases, social media and our monthly newsletters.
DAI offers FREE advertising to our members through various channels such as our monthly newsletter, our website, our social media and downtown events.
DAI seeks funding for special enhancements for our Downtown through grants, private donations, investors and other fund raising efforts.
DAI acts as a liason between the City and the downtown businesses and organizations to enhance, grow and preserve our historic downtown district.
